-1 slice of sourdough bread

-Black Olives

-Pickle Slices

-Mayo (or Veganaise)

Toast bread and cut in half. Fill one half of bread with pickles. Spread other half of bread with mayo and cover with chopped black olives on top of mayo. Very refreshing quick lunchtime. Enjoy! 


-Flour Tortilla

-Sliced Fresh Strawberries

-Cheese (or Vegan Alternative) 

-Balsamic Vinagrette (Optional) 

Put ingredients on tortilla and heat up in pan (stove on medium heat) or in microwave. Once cheese is melted fold over and it is done! Hot be careful.
